- Women from developing countries;
- In Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) disciplines;
- Looking for funding to pursue a PhD or a Post-doc in STEM abroad;
- Willing to go back to their home countries on completion of their studies to become academics, researchers, policy makers or a STEM-based entrepreneurs.
