A Workshop on Recording Histories of Women in STEM – 5th September 2023 @ 3am UTC

We invite all INWES members to join our workshop being held as part of ICWES19 online!

Would you like to record and share your professional story as a woman in science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) and help fellow INWES members do the same? If you attended our ICWES18 online workshop in 2021, you’ll remember there was great interest in this. Prof Grame Gooday and Dr Emily Rees-Koerner of the University of Leeds have now assembled a Toolkit so that you can now record such life histories – and it is available to download from the INWES website here: www.inwes.org/programs-andprojects/herstories/

The ICWES19 Workshop ‘Recording Histories of Women in STEM on 5th September at 3pm New Zealand time/3am UTC will be open to all online via Zoom. We invite all INWES members, whether or not you are registered to take part at ICWES19, to attend where you’ll get a chance to try out the toolkit, suggest improvements to it, and discuss how it can help INWES meet its broader goals.

To take part, please register with Zoom by clicking here.

For any queries, contact sarah.peers@inwes.net.

We look forward to seeing you there! Prof Graeme Gooday, Dr Emily Rees-Koerner, Prof Jung Sun Kim, and Dr Sarah Peers.
