UNESCO invites all non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in official partnership with UNESCO, to submit nominations for the 2024 edition of the UNESCO Prize for Girls’ and Women’s Education. You will find attached the letter addressed to all NGOs in official partnership with UNESCO outlining the nomination process.
This Prize rewards outstanding and innovative contributions made by individuals, institutions, and organizations to advance girls’ and women’s education.
In the context of UNESCO’s celebration of International Women’s Day, we invite you to widely disseminate this call among interested stakeholders to encourage applications. Up to three qualified candidates per country can be proposed. Nominations must be submitted before 24 May 2024.

L’UNESCO invite les Organisations non gouvernementales (ONG) en partenariat officiel avec l’UNESCO à soumettre des candidatures pour le Prix UNESCO pour l’éducation des filles et des femmes. Vous trouverez ci-joint la lettre circulaire, destinée aux ONG en partenariat officiel avec l’UNESCO.
Ce Prix récompense les efforts exemplaires de personnes, institutions, organisations ou autres entités engagées dans des activités favorisant l’éducation des filles et des femmes.
Dans le contexte des célébrations de l’UNESCO pour la Journée internationale des droits des femmes, nous vous invitons à diffuser largement cet appel auprès des personnes et entités intéressées afin d’encourager les candidatures. Jusqu’à trois candidats qualifiés par pays peuvent être proposés. Les nominations doivent être soumises au plus tard le 24 mai 2024.
