INWES has several committees. Each committee has its specific role:

Membership COMMITTEE

As the Membership Chair of INWES, I am proud to be part of an organization that serves as a dynamic platform where women in engineering, science, and technology can growth and develop their skills.

At INWES, we strive for the inclusive and diversity, ensuring that women in every region have the opportunity to represent themselves as vital contributors to the industry.  We believe that women are the seeds of progress, by empowering women today, we are nurturing the future leaders of tomorrow. Through our collective efforts, we aim to create a global network where every woman can succeed, share her knowledge, and inspire the next generation of innovators.

Communication COMMITTEE

The role of the Communications Committee is to advise the Board on communications matters including the newsletter, web site and social media to ensure there are adequate communications with the members of INWES and the activities of INWES internationally.

The Committee meets on a regular basis via teleconference to discuss above matters. We have ten members: Yumiko Nagoh (Chair), Battsengel Baatar, Vicky Kondi, Najla Triki, Nelly Sakyi-Hagan, Belén García, Sylvia Kegel, Roseni Dearden, Aguri Nakano, Sarah Peers
