  • Organisational Members
  • Corporate Members
  • Individual Members
  • Honorary Members

Organisational Members

Organisational Members consist of not-for-profit or charitable organizations, incorporated or unincorporated, whose objectives, goals, purposes and missions are consistent or complimentary to INWES. Organisational Members are the only Members who are entitled to vote at all meetings of members except for the purposes of electing or removing Corporate Directors or Individual Directors.

Corporate Members

Corporate Members consist of business corporations interested in or engaged in the teaching or other application of science, technology, engineering or mathematics. Corporate Members are entitled to receive notice of and attend all meetings of Members but are not entitled to vote at any meeting of Members except for the purposes of electing or removing the Corporate Directors.

Individual Members

Individual Members consist of individuals who are elected as a Director or who are interested or engaged in the practice, teaching or other application of science, technology, engineering or mathematics. Individual Members are entitled to receive notice of and attend meetings of Members but are not entitled to vote at any meeting of the Members except for the purposes of electing or removing Individual Directors.

Honorary Members

Honorary Members means an individual who has given long and distinguished service to the objectives for which INWES stands. Honorary Membership is granted for life and an Honorary Member hold all of the same rights and enjoy the privileges conferred on an Individual Member.
